I have been doing F45 for coming up 3 years this May and I’m the healthiest and strongest I have ever been. When I started at F45 I was overweight, unhappy, sluggish, and unambitious. F45 has allowed me to stay consistent and motivated in my workouts. The results I have seen have been nothing short of amazing and I couldn’t have done it without the amazing staff at F45 Rice Military!

I thoroughly enjoy coming here. Since starting on September 1st, 2024, I've already lost 30 pounds! Alvaro and Kendrick are exceptionally supportive and attentive, always ready to assist with form adjustments and provide the encouragement needed to complete the workout.

What I appreciate most is that, while the coaches guide us through each exercise, the monitors provide helpful reminders to ensure we stay on track with our movements.

I have been coming to F45 for about 3 months and I have loved everything about it from the people to the coaches to the intense workouts lol. A friend of mine asked me to take a class at F45 Rice Military about 6 months ago and I’ve never looked back. In fact, I cancelled my monthly membership the next week. Coming from someone who never got behind group workouts (I was always like, “does it really work though? 👀”) and was committed to spending way too many hours in the gym, that was huge for me. But let me tell you, this place changed my life. I’m down 27lbs since that first day and the most toned I’ve ever been. Not only are the physical benefits completely worth checking this place out, but another huge benefit is the community F45 Rice Military provides. Everyone, and I mean everyone - coaches and members - are all so nice, welcoming, and supportive. You feel motivated to work hard but respected no matter where you are in your fitness journey and I really appreciate that. They truly are a family and I’m glad to be apart of it.
